Q: How long does shipping take?

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes! We offer international shipping to most countries. Shipping times vary by destination.

Q: How can I track my order?
A: Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be uploaded as soon as it's available. You can check your order status on our Track Your Order page.


Returns & Exchanges

Q: What is your return policy?
A: We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original condition. Please visit our Returns Policy page for instructions.

Q: Can I exchange an item?
A: At the moment, we do not offer direct exchanges. You can return your item and place a new order for the desired product.


Orders & Payments

Q: I made a mistake in my order. Can I change or cancel it?
A: If your order hasn't been processed yet, we may be able to make changes. Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and the correction.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?

Q: Why didn't I receive a confirmation email?

A: Yes, at Charmed Home we work with suppliers who share our values of sustainability and ethical production.

Q: Do you offer gift wrapping or personalized notes?
A: At this time, we do not offer gift wrapping services. We’re working on adding this option in the near future!
